The Innkeepers (2011) 🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪

A young man and woman work the front desk of an aging hotel at the end of its final season.  Rumor has it that the hotel is haunted by the ghost of a woman killed there and the young couple attempt to use the final closing days to find evidence of the haunting.  Our young heroine is presented as the picture of naivety, innocence, and simple mindedness.  This is a slow moving picture and I have no idea what actually happened at the end, but I had to give it at least a 5 when I involuntarily said out loud, “do not go down in that basement!”.
